RE-OPENING MONDAY JULY 13, 2020
This past few months have been a very difficult and challenging time for all of us and we have been looking forward to, and planning for the day when we would be allowed to return to our regularly scheduled classes & rehearsals and once again be able to return to our home away from home at Sacramento Performing Arts Co. On Monday July 13th, our doors will once again be open and accepting new students of all ages and vocal or performing levels. Please contact Kim to arrange for your first free trial class or private lesson and lets get back to making music together again! Music of all genre's and styles has been proven to be a very effective method of healing and personal therapy. Music lifts us, it brings on emotions and feelings that otherwise we may not bother to recognize within ourselves. Come join us and learn how to allow music into your life and start healing from the inside out!

Please contact Kim right away to reserve your place in lessons or classes before it's too late! Space is limited.
At the Sacramento Performing Arts Company, my goal as a vocal teacher and Director is to get every single one of my vocal students on stage in the spotlight to showcase all of the fantastic vocal, dance, and acting skills they have acquired during their lessons and classes. I know that for most of my students the goal is to be able to sing alone in front of an audience. Many students practice their newfound performance skills by joining a local theater company, church choir, or school music program. However, some students do not ever have the opportunity to get up on that stage. I want every singer who takes lessons with me to gain the experience that only singing live can bring. That's why I offer at least a few performance opportunities through out the year either with a student showcase or performing for community events, malls, etc.
Performing for an audience is one of the most important aspects of why you are here singing! Students gain experience singing all vocal styles and not just the styles that they are best at. This is a valuable skill-building exercise, especially for students who plan to pursue musical theater or a singing career of any kind. Please feel free to browse the gallery on the Home Page to see how much fun singing can be with Kim at The Sacramento Performing Arts Company! It's amazing to see how much a singer can accomplish with dedication, consistency, and a kind, honest and trained ear listening and guiding them through their vocal journey!
